Candidates aspiring admission to various UG or PG courses are required to have a valid score in the General Aptitude Test (GAT) to be eligible for admissions. 

JD Institute of Fashion Technology Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the courses offered at the institute will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

BDes (Fashion Design) & BSc (Interior Design) 

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board. 
• Candidates must have a valid score in GAT. 

PG Interior Design 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised University. 

Diploma 

• Candidates must have passed Class 10 with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board. 

UG Diploma (Fashion Design & Interior Design) 

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board in any discipline. 

PG Diploma (Fashion Design & Fashion Communication) 

• Candidates must have passed graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised University in any relevant specialisation. 
• Candidates must have a valid score in GAT. 

JD Institute of Fashion Technology Admission 2022: Selection Process

• Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination. 
• In order to secure admission in UG and PG courses, the candidates will have to appear for the General Aptitude Test (GAT), which involves two rounds. 
• Round 1: Situation test in stipulated time with given parameters. 
• Round 2: Personal Interview
• Final selection would be based on the Candidate's merit and performance in the interview.
