New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is all set to release its first merit list against the CUET UG Admissions 2022, for all the eligible candidates on September 26, 2022, on its official website @jmicoe.in
Earlier, the tentative schedule of JMI for admission to the UG programmes based on CUET-UG 2022 was released on September 22.
The list of shortlisted candidates will be issued on the grounds of the final CUET 2022 ranks and will be purely based on merit and in accordance with the Muslim minority policy of JMI.
Once the results are declared, all the selected candidates are asked to present for physical document verification on designated dates in order to complete their admission procedure.
Candidates who have applied for JMI UG programmes through the CUET 2022 will be able to download the first merit list.
JMI Admissions 2022: Important Dates
The UGC has released a tentative timeline for UG Admissions in central universities. As per which, the schedule for Jamia Admissions has been tabulated below.

The first list of selected candidates is expected to be released on September 26, 2022. The applicants are likely to appear for document verification between September 29 and October 1, 2022. Candidates' admittance to the university will be officially confirmed once the procedure is finished.
The second list will be announced on October 6, and the verification process is expected to take place from October 10 to October 12.
The third list will be released on October 17, and those who are selected can appear from October 20 or 21 to have their documents verified.
Further, the fourth and final list will be released on October 26 only in the case of the availability of vacant seats for the respective courses. All the selected students can get their documents verified between October 28 and 31.
Meanwhile, the UGC Chairperson M. Jagadesh Kumar has tweeted sharing a tentative schedule of central universities.
