IISER Admission 2022: Apply for IAT-2022 Till June 15


New Delhi: IISER is currently accepting applications for the IISER Admission Test (IAT 2022). Aspiring candidates can register themselves at the official website, iiseradmission.in or iisermohali.ac.in. The last date to apply is June 15, 2022.

IISER Admission 2022: IAT-2022 Registration Date Postponed to May 04, Exam to Be Held on July 3

IAT 2022 exam is going to be held for admission in the five year BS-MS dual degree programme. The IAT paper will include questions from physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology. Each subject will have 15 questions with a total of 45 marks. Candidates will have a duration of three hours to complete the 60 questions.

According to the official notice, the IAT 2022 will be held on July 3, 2022. The IISER 2022 application procedure will include registration, filling out an application form, uploading documents, and payment of fees.

IAT 2022: How to Apply?

After the IISER registration window opens candidates have to follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the IAT 2022 application process:

  • Visit the official portal of IISER at, iiseradmission.in or iisermohali.ac.in
  • On the homepage click on the “IISER registration 2022” link.
  • Fill in the essential details and complete the application form for IISER 2022.
  • Pay the application fee in online mode.
  • Preview and submit the IISER admission test application form.

IAT 2022: Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for IAT 2022 is as follows:

  • The exam will be conducted in online mode.
  • The question paper will have a total of 60 questions.
  • Students will be given 3 hours to complete the exam.
  • Each correct answer will be 3 marks, while each incorrect answer will be 0.75 marks. For unanswered questions, students will get 0 marks.

Candidates can apply for IISER admission through the State and Central Board (SCB) or the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY). Students are also admitted to IISER through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). JEE Advanced qualified students in the top 15,000 can apply for admission to IISER. Those who choose the SCB channel must appear in the IAT 2022 exam, while those who choose KVPY must take the KVPY aptitude test.
