IIM Trichy Begins First Batch of Executive Programme in Leadership and Change Management; Details Here


IIM Trichy has begun the introductory batch of the new Executive Program in Leadership and Change Management on January 17, 2021. 

IIM Tiruchirappalli has launched this six months program in association with the Times TSW. The executive program is focused on working executives. The course will be taught in a blended mode on Sunday afternoons from 3:30-6:45 PM, in a direct-to-device model. However, as per official notice, candidates have to attend a 4-day experiential learning at IIM Tiruchirappalli campus. 

As of now, the online application for IIM Trichy Admission 2021 has closed on January 4th. The first batch has 67 working professionals, who have an average work experience of 14 years.

On course completion, students will be assessed on written tests, assignments and online examinations. Following which, students will be awarded an “Executive Programme in Leadership and Change Management” degree. 

IIM Trichy Executive Programme in Leadership & Change Management: Eligibility Criteria and Selection

  • Candidates have secured at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university.
  • Apart from that, candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience to be eligible to apply for this certificate programme. 
  • Application forms submitted will be selected following profile evaluation. 
  • Reservations for eligible candidates according to Government of India norms.

The program aims to sensitive the aspect of ‘change’ as a regular occurrence among the growing leaders. Hence, participants will be able to learn leadership competencies in times of change in an organization. 

Program director Abhishek Totawar, PGCLCM stated, ”The program attempts to sensitize growing leaders to see change as a daily occurrence, It will abreast the participants with leadership competencies to lead such changes in the organizational environment.”
