IIM Ranchi MBA Placements 2022 Concluded; Highest CTC Recorded at INR 32.21 LPA

New Delhi: IIM Ranchi has successfully concluded the final placements of the MBA and MBA HR batch of 2020-22, where the highest CTC was recorded at INR 32.21 LPA, and the average CTC stood at INR 16.17 LPA. 

IIM Ranchi witnessed a total of 325 students from the MBA and MBA HR batch getting placed in the final placements 2022. Almost 98 companies recruited the students for various job roles across domains such as Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Consulting, Operations, IT Analytics and Finance.

During the IIM Ranchi Placements 2022, the highest CTC stood at INR 32.21 LPA in both MBA and MBA HR courses, whereas the average CTC was recorded at INR 16.17 LPA in MBA and INR 15.63 LPA in MBA HR.

IIM Ranchi Placements 2022: MBA

IIM Ranchi recorded almost 98 companies making whooping offers to almost 325 students of MBA and MBA HR programmes. Companies from IT/ ITES Sector made maximum offers of upto 32.40% of the total offers, followed by the consulting sector with 20.60% of the total offers.

Around 253 students from the MBA were offered multiple job roles by almost 77 recruiters. Tabulated below is the highest and average salary offers made to MBA students.

During the IIM Ranchi placement 2022, some of the job profiles offered to MBA graduates of IIM Ranchi were Product Management, Business Analyst, Application Manager, Digital Consultant, Project Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management. Apart from that, the students of MBA course were also hired for job profiles in Supply Chain Management, Customer Success Manager, Project Management, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Operations Management, Campaign Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Agile Sales, Brand Manager, B2B Sales, Business Strategist, Strategic Advisory, IT Consulting, Management Consultant and Account Management among others.

The batch of MBA HR consisted of 72 students who received lucrative job offers from 21 companies. Maximum offers of upto 38.90% were offered by the IT/ITES sector. Some of the top profiles were Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition.
