New Delhi: IIM Lucknow has successfully completed the placement process for its 37th batch of PGP and PGP-ABM for the academic session 2022-23. The batch comprised 556 students who have bagged a total of 632 offers during the placement season.
IIM Lucknow offers two-year full-time PGP and PGP-ABM courses and has always shown remarkable placement statistics. The highest international salary received by the students at IIM Lucknow Placement 2023 is INR 65 LPA and the highest domestic salary is INR 55 LPA. The average salary received was seen to be around INR 32.20 LPA.
Both the highest salary received and the average salary have shown an increase from the previous year recruitment process. The highest international salary last year was INR 61.59 LPA, which is around 35% less than this year. On the other hand the domestic salary received has fallen from INR 59 LPA last year to INR 55 LPA this year. Though the average salary has shown a growth from INR 31.03 LPA last year.
Around 200 recruiters had participated in the placement drive of 2023. The top segments based on roles offered were consulting, finance, sales & marketing, IT & Analytics and general management including some extremely sought-after and niche profiles in the finance domain. The rest of the offers came from domains such as operations/supply chain, market research and HR.
Some of the major corporates who participated in the recruitment process were Aditya Birla Group, HUL, ITC, Accenture, Alvarez and Marsal, Amagi, American Express, Asian Paints, Atlassian, Avendus Capital, Axis Group, Bain & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Boston Consulting Group, Blue Yonder, Byju’s, Capgemini, Citi, Colgate Palmolive, Crediwatch, Dalberg, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Diageo, Eversana, Ernst and Young, Ernst and Young Parthenon, FinIQ, Flipkart, Gameskraft, Goldman Sachs, GSN Games, HDFC Bank, HSBC, Investec, Kearney, KPMG, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co., Microsoft, Myntra, Navi, Paytm, Pidilite, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, RPG, Samsung, Standard Chartered, State Street, Stryker, Vodafone-Idea, Wells Fargo and Xiaomi and many others.
First-time recruiters at IIM Lucknow Placement 2023 included ASK Investment Managers, BDA Partners, Cashfree, Cogoport, IndigoEdge, Lodha Capital, Merisis Advisors, Motilal Oswal, Nykaa, O3 Capital, OfBusiness, Pinpoint, Policy Bazaar, Samagra Governance, Stakeboat Capital, Synergy Capital, United Airlines among others.
