New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (EIC), in partnership with Silicon Valley company Moonpreneur, provides a certification-based Pre-Incubation program for students and budding entrepreneurs who are motivated to cultivate an entrepreneurial and inventive spirit.
Business professionals will teach lessons on the principles of entrepreneurship and leadership from around the world. The start date for the program is set for September 23, 2022. Candidates interested in the program should know that classes will be held every Thursday from 7 PM to 8:30 PM.

Each batch of students in the Pre-Incubation Program, an online school for budding entrepreneurs, is divided into groups of four to five, each with a personal mentor. Under the direction of their respective mentors, each group must work on the mutually accepted problem statement in this situation. Pre-incubation program themes include business and finance, design thinking, ideas, sales and marketing, and presentation and communication skills. The curriculum has 12 topics in total. To help the students work on their pitch deck, which they would have to create and present in a video format to a panel of international judges during the PitchFest, the course's culmination; these workshops would be led by IIM Lucknow academics and Silicon Valley business experts.
The IIML EIC's Pre-Incubation Program catalyzes students and aspiring entrepreneurs to adopt an entrepreneurial mentality and a culture of experimentation. According to Yamini Bhushan Pandey, MD, IIML EIC, "This interactive program is our contribution to the government's Startup India Initiative, where we hope to allow participants to develop their ideas into a minimum viable product and pursue further commercialization."
