New Delhi: IIM Kashipur has successfully conducted the final placement drive for the student's MBA and MBA Analytics Class of 2021-22. For this session, the institute recorded the highest package at INR 37 LPA and the average package stood at INR 18.11 LPA.
More than 200 organisations took part in the IIM Kashipur summer and final placement session this year. IIM Kashipur announced the wrap-up of placement, stating that, this was the "shortest placement session in history to wrap up with the highest compensation of INR 37 LPA."
The average salary package for the class of 2021-23 offered was INR 18.11 LPA, an increase of 19% year over year (YOY). "The median CTC is INR 17.2 LPA, up 16% year over year. The maximum CTC is currently INR 37 LPA, up 28% from the prior year," it added.

As per the placement report, “the top 10% of the MBA class received an average CTC of INR 28.5 LPA, and the top 20% received an average CTC of INR 25.9 LPA. The top 30% received an average CTC of INR 24.5 LPA”.
IIM Kashipur is one of the IIMs in India that prepares and reports employment data in accordance with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS). Both the summer and final placement reports underwent an independent audit in accordance with IPRS standards.

The Royal Bank of Scotland, HashiCorp, EXL Analytics, Nomura, and MTR Group, along with an entourage of recruiters, were among the fresh employers that engaged in the IIM Kashipur placement drive.
IT and BFSI comprised the two largest recruiting sectors during the placement. This year, IIM Kashipur alumni were employed by more than 50 new organisations, while over 200 businesses took part in the summer and final placements.
