IIM Jammu Placements 2022: 13% Increase in Average CTC, Highest CTC is INR 32 LPA

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu’s fifth MBA batch was hired by prestigious businesses during the final placement process. This year, the highest CTC in the IIM Jammu final placements stayed the same, while the average CTC increased by INR 1.15 lakh compared to last year.

The highest pay offered during the IIM Jammu placements 2022 was INR 32 lakh per year, whereas the average and median wages were INR 13.53 lakh per year and INR 11.400 lakh per year, respectively.

119 firms joined the IIM Jammu Placement process in 2022 and hired 217 IIM Jammu students. 36 of the 119 recruiters were first-time participants in MBA recruitment. They jointly offered 222 offers. Over fifty percent of proposals were issued in the IT industry while consulting topped the placements with twenty-five percent of the overall offers.
