Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has launched an Executive MBA program, admissions for which has begun for the 2021-22 academic year. The program has been designed for professionals with at least 3 years of work experience.
This EMBA program by IIM Jammu is scheduled to be conducted in blended mode and the last date for application is July 31, 2021. The course is spread over 6 terms and will be taught in a blended manner, which is through both online and offline classes.

IIM Jammu Executive MBA 2021: Eligibility Criteria
The applicants must hold a graduation degree from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks [45% for reserved category* students] along with a minimum 3 years of work experience.
*Reserved category includes Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD).
IIM Jammu Executive MBA: Selection Process
The candidates will have to appear in the entrance test IIM Joint Admission Test 2021 while scores of CAT, GMAT, GRE during the past three years are also accepted for admissions to the executive MBA program at IIM Jammu.
IIM Jammu prepares a merit list on the basis of entrance scores, gender diversity, academic profile (Classes 10,12, graduation scores) and interview round performance. The final selections are also done as per merit.
IIM Jammu Executive MBA: Course Overview
This executive program is a specially designed course for working professionals from different government and corporate sectors. Executives from armed forces, paramilitary forces and NGOs will also get benefits from this program.
As the program is going to be conducted in blended mode, thus the students will be able to get both on-campus and online learning experiences. The students will visit the campus for a week to discuss and get exposure to classroom learning modules while the rest of the program will be completed in online mode.

IIM Jammu Executive MBA: Scope
In the last two terms of the 2-year program, students will treatise the real-life usages of the concepts taught during the classes. The students will be working under IIM Jammu teachers for this project. IIM Jammu’s EMBA program will also have a week-long immersion program to provide students with exposure to rural and global environments.
An official statement reads, " This immersion program will be conducted after completion of the first year. The participants will get to know about the methods followed by the international partners of IIM Jammu from the Global immersion, while the rural immersion will be beneficial for them to learn about the working methods used in rural parts of the country."
