New Delhi: IIT Kanpur has postponed the release of GATE Admit Card 2023 to January 9, 2023. Earlier it was supposed to be released on January 3, 20233.
As per IIT Kanpur, the admit card for GATE 2023 will be published on the official exam portal at gate.iitk.ac.in. To check and download the admit card, applicants will be required to enter their login credentials on the latest admit card download link available on the website.
In a Recent tweet by the GATE Authorities, it has been declared that the admit card for GATE 2023 is delayed and now will be published on January 9, 2023.

After downloading the GATE 2023 Admit Card, applicants can check the exam day instructions and other exam-related details such as the exam date and timings, registration number, time slot, exam center address, reporting time, GATE 2023 paper and code on their admit cards.
GATE 2023 Exam Date is February 04, 05, 11 and February 12, 2023 in two sessions; the morning session will begin from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon session will commence from 2:30 to 5:30 pm for all registered candidates.

The GATE 2023 exam is being conducted in over 200 cities in India, which have been divided into eight zones. The IISc Bangalore zone has 36 cities, the IIT Bombay zone has 37 cities, there are 18 cities in IIT Delhi zone, 22 cities in IIT Guwahati zone, 15 cities in IIT Kanpur zone, IIT Kharagpur zone has 27 cities. 42 cities are there in IIT Madras zone and 21 cities in IIT Roorkee zone.However, the Ambajogai under the IIT Bombay zone was dropped due to operational issues.Earlier, GATE 2023 exam was to be conducted in eight international cities. For 2023 session, IIT Kanpur has increased the number of GATE 2023 exam cities in India. The number of exam cities has increased from 203 (recorded in 2022) to 219 for this year.
In addition to this, the conducting authority has also revised the shift timings for GATE 2023, according to which the exam will be held for a duration of 3 hours from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
