Vessel Navigator Course (VNC) & Marine Fitter Course (MFC)
Eligibility Criteria for Vessel Navigator Course (VNC) & Marine Fitter Course (MFC) 2015 CIFNET 2015 Entrance Exam:
The candidate should be 10th passed or equivalent examination with 50% marks in Maths and Science from a recognized University
Age Limit:
- The candidate should be 16 to 20 years as on 1st August, 2015
- Relaxation of 5 years age for SC/ST candidates
How to Apply for Vessel Navigator Course (VNC) & Marine Fitter Course (MFC) 2015 CIFNET 2015 Entrance Exam:
- Application forms can be downloaded through the official website www.cifnet.nic.in
- Fill up the Application Form
- Attested all the required documents
- Downloaded application duly filled may be sent with application fee of Rs.300/- (for General) & Rs. 150/- (for SC/ ST candidates) through demand draft drawn in favour of 'Senior Administrative Officer, CIFNET' payable at Kochi — 16
Bachelor of Fishery Science (Nautical Science) [B.F.Sc.(N.S.)]
Eligibility Criteria Bachelor of Fishery Science (Nautical Science) [B.F.Sc.(N.S.)] 2015 CIFNET 2015 Entrance Exam:
The candidate should be 10+2 with 50% marks in Maths and 50% aggregate marks in other science subjects and also minimum 50% marks in English either in 10th or +2 standard. In the case of SC/ST students only a pass is required in the qualifying examination with the above subjects

- Fill up the Application Form
- Attested all the required documents
- Downloaded application duly filled may also be sent with application fee of Rs.500/ — for general and Rs.250/ — for SC/ST through demand draft drawn in favour of "Senior Administrative Officer, CIFNET" payable at Kochi — 16
- Should reach the Director, Central Institute of Fisheries, Nautical & Engineering Training, Fine Arts Avenue, Kochi -682016 on or before the last date
