- Fill up the form & post it along with Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 300/- to the Registrar, Yenepoya University, University Road, Deralakatte, Mangalore
- The Demand Draft (DD) must be drawn in favour of- Registrar, Yenepoya University payable at Mangalore
