New Delhi: Delhi University (DU) has announced that its affiliated colleges will create committees to address students' grievances related to the ongoing admission process. The committee will help students with the undergraduate admission process and related queries.

As per Delhi University, the affiliated colleges will establish subcommittees to assist applicants who fall under the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economic Weaker Section (EWS), and PwBD categories.
According to the latest Delhi University statement, a Grievance Redressal Committee will be established in each of the DU affiliated colleges to address any issues that may come up during the admissions process.
Candidates having any queries regarding the DU admissions process can check the details of the 'College Grievance Redressal Committee and the sub-committee by visiting the official website for DU UG Admission 2022 and its concerned colleges.
If a candidate has any complaints regarding their application, they can contact the Grievance Redressal Committee of the relevant college. They may approach the Central Grievance Redressal Committee of DU if the grievance is not handled within a reasonable period.
The committee will help with the candidates' allocation and admission-related issues. A candidate would be given a supernumerary seat if the grievance was determined to be relevant and genuine and seats in a particular program had already been filled.
Earlier, on September 12, the university started the DU UG Admissions 2022 process for its various undergraduate courses for the academic year 2022-2023. Candidates seeking admission to DU UG courses can now submit their applications by October 3, 2022.
In order to apply for DU UG Admission 2022, interested candidates must have class 10+2 qualifications from any recognized exam board in the relevant field. The selection of applicants for admission seats would be done on the basis of their CUET UG 2022 scores.
The university admission process will be done through its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for this session. The process will include three stages: submitting the application form, selection of the programs and preferences, and seat allocation process.
