Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) have launched innovative PG programs. These newly introduced programs will be effective from academic session 2020-2021.
NUALS Ernakulam is offering PG Programs to fulfill the need for trained law professionals in Banking Law and Insurance Law. According to the university authorities of NUALS, classes will be held online on Saturdays and Holidays through video conferencing platforms due to Covid-19 crisis.
Meanwhile ,CUSAT Kochi will be introducing M.Sc. in Forensic Science Programme from the current academic year.

NUALS and CUSAT 2020 PG Programs Highlights
NUALS and CUSAT have designed the curriculum of the programs keeping in mind the aspirants need to gain advanced knowledge levels in each course. CUSAT will be partnering with Kerala Police Academy to offer the course.

Important Note: Out of all the seats offered by CUSAT in M.Sc. in Forensic Science, about 10 seats will be reserved for transgender, police personnel, and differently-abled people.

NUALS has also begun the admission procedure for the academic session 2020-2021. The varsity is inviting applicants to fill the application form for its Postgraduate Diploma Programmes in Cyber Law and Medical Law & Ethics.
To apply for the Diploma Program in Medical Law & Ethics, the candidate shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. While for the Diploma Programme in Cyber Law, a UG Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University is required.
