CUET PG 2023 Registration Deadline Extended till May 5, Confirms UGC Chief

New Delhi: According to UGC Chief M Jagadesh Kumar, National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date to register for Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) 2023 Exam for all eligible candidates till May 5, 2023.

As per the statement made by UGC Chief M Jagadesh Kumar, candidates can register for CUET PG 2023 by submitting their online application form by 9:50 pm on May 5, 2023. The application window is open on the official website of NTA CUET at cuet.nta.nic.in.

Informing about the changes in CUET PG 2023 Schedule, UGC Chief shared that as many new colleges, universities, institutions and organisations have joined CUET PG, the exam authority has decided to extend the registration deadline for all interested candidates. 

“In order to ensure that more options are available to the applicants for choosing courses/programs of various newly added universities/institutions /autonomous colleges/organisations from all over the country, it has been decided to extend the online Application Form for the CUET (PG) – 2023,” Kumar added.

Earlier, the last date to register for CUET PG 2023 was April 19, 2023. Those who have already submitted their applications can add new courses by editing their forms and paying the extra fee (as applicable). The CUET PG Correction Window will be open from May 6 to May 8, 2023.

After the application process, NTA will conduct the CUET PG 2023 Exam for all registered candidates from June 1 to June 10, 2023. The admit card for the same will be released on the official exam portal in the last week of May 2023. 

NTA conducts the CUET PG exam to shortlist candidates for admission to postgraduate courses offered by CUET-participating institutes and universities. The exam score is accepted at central and state universities in India for admission to various PG courses.
