CEED 2023 Exam to be Held on Jan 22; Check Exam Day Guidelines & Documents Required Here

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay is all set to conduct the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED 2023) on January 22, 2023 (tomorrow). Interested candidates can download their admit cards from the official website at ceed.iitb.ac.in.

Earlier, the CEED 2023 Admit Card was released for applicants to download on January 13, 2023. Candidates can check their Name, Roll number, Photograph, Signature, Examination date, Examination time, Examination venue and Exam day guidelines on their admit card.

Candidates appearing for CEED 2023 are required to download their admit card before the exam date and carry it to their allotted examination venue. They also have to carry identity proof such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Voter ID Card for identification process at the exam center. 

Candidates are advised not to carry any Geometry box, Any type of study material, Logbooks, Smartphones, Mobile Phones, Calculators, Tablets, Smartwatches and Digital watches with them as these items can not be carried inside the CEED 2023 exam center.

CEED 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates can check the CEED 2023 exam day guidelines and important instructions below: 

• CEED 2023 exam will be held for a duration of three hours on January 22, 2023 (from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon).
• Candidates are advised to reach the exam center on the day of the exam, i.e, on January 22, 2023 at 7:00 AM (at least an hour before the reporting time).
• Candidates must carry their CEED 2023 Admit Card along with an original photo identity proof at their allotted exam center for the identification process. 
• Candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall without successful identification at the exam center.
• The identity proofs that can be carried at the exam center are Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, etc. 
• Candidates must carry their own materials, such as a pen, sketch pen, pencil, eraser, etc. 
• Electronic gadgets such as smartphones, calculators, and digital watches are not permitted inside the exam hall.

The CEED 2023 exam will be held for shortlisting candidates for admission to Master of Design (M.Des) and PhD (Design) in CEED participating institutes. The exam is held by IIT Bombay on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
