What is your leadership philosophy?

My leadership philosophy is to bring out excellent academic excellence and administration of campus. I always focus on these two things for students' benefits. Leadership comes when you are self aligned and it leads in an efficient manner. 

How do you strategize key plans for the marketing and administration of schools?

“Alumni and students spread our achievements around the world”

Our campus is the second private college established in north india. The dental courses were quite in trend when our founder started this college. Most of our students are from different parts of India. Alumni are our great strength and they spread campus achievements.

Our campus ensures technological advancement tools for all. Faculties are well qualified and skilled with several years of experience. We keep updating our labs and digital methods for students to get ready as per industry standards.

What do you see as Himachal Dental College’s Greatest Strength?

“Skilled faculties, post graduate department and dental services within low cost”

Prior strength is the latest tools and techniques in our Post graduate department. We have a daily OPD of 100 patients on campus which helps students to learn practically. Another strength is patients get dental services with a less cost. Hence, pupils can get a lot of practical exposure which helps them to learn better. Skilled faculties are also an asset for campus.

“Move forward with a zero tolerance policy and ensure a secure environment”

We always maintain discipline on campus. Our campus follows a zero tolerance policy regarding ragging and ensures a secure environment for our students. We organize several events for our student’s entertainment purpose. They get the chance to participate in international conferences.

“BDS, MDS, Orthodontics and dental orthopedics are available on campus”

Our campus provides various courses such as BDS, MDS, Periodontology, Orthodontics, dental orthopedics,Conservative dentistry and more. All these are helpful for students to learn about patients and their diseases. Thye get practical and theoretical training from campus.
