What is your leadership philosophy?

“A good leader provides equal opportunities and an open environment to communicate”

According to me, a leader should be dutiful, foresighted, honest, cooperative and visionary. A leader should have the capability and strategy to successfully achieve whatever aim they set to achieve. The leader should be grounded so that there can always be a comfort zone for the people working for him.

How do you strategize the key programs for the marketing and administration of your college?

“We have maintained our presence in newspapers and social media for marketing”

For our college, advertisements in the newspapers and boards are some of the ways to notify the students about our college and the courses that we offer. Along with this, various social media pages and groups (WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages) are managed by our reputed alumni and their networking and informal interaction through these pages and groups helps the college to get its admissions.

How your college is more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“We arrange specific counselling sessions to interact with them”

Our college believes in inclusivity. We specifically have sessions with students coming from varied backgrounds to properly counsel them according to their needs. Students from the weaker sections are separately counseled by the college and they are informed about various government schemes and scholarships that might benefit them.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Respect your time and make the best use of every opportunity that comes your way”

I think the most important aspect of a student’s life is discipline. My message to the next generation is to understand the importance of time as it is very important to be successful in life. The youth of India somewhere lags behind because the rules and discipline are not taken seriously in our country. There is no shortcut to success and there is no success without discipline.
