What are the factors that connect you with the education sector?

“To contribute to society and motivate workers in the education sector”

We are working with a new generation. I am very much motivated to work in the education industry. The contribution to society is the first element for me. It is necessary to give meaning to my academic journey.

What is your leadership philosophy?

“Work in a collaborative way and believe in mutual care”

Leadership is imitable for others according to me. Others follow the example that we set. It didn’t mean dictatorship. The exact meaning of leadership is working in a cooperative mode with a specific goal. One should take care of others in it. It is cooperative. The collaborative working power is believed by the CEOs of Multinational companies. They assure mutual care and benefit. This is necessary for our brighter future.

How is the curriculum of B.Ed in Trinity Institute of Professional Studies?

“Introduce new patterns and methods of teaching in the syllabus for students”

I am not satisfied with the current teaching in our Nation. It is essential to deal with past tools for future issues. We introduce new patterns and methods of teaching in the syllabus. Our teachers are equipped with the latest tools. It is necessary to redefine the teaching-learning process. The teaching quality is regulated by UGC every year. However, the school education system appears rather unbelievable to me. The principal handles all issues, responsible for the discipline and academics. My opinion is to divide the education system into categories like Foundation Level, Preparatory Level, Middle Level, and Secondary Level. It generates employment opportunities for more people.

What challenges do you have for higher education and College?

“Loss of interest in traditional curriculum and subjects”

One of the challenges is losing students' interest in curriculum and subjects. The purpose of life is understandable through several subjects. There is no sound of philosophy in youths' minds. It creates frustration in them and makes them unable to deal with problems. The wisdom gained through real-life incidents and subjects like humanities. On the other hand, youngsters focus on science and technology to make a mechanical life. It leads to materialistic life.

What are the problems you see among students at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies?

“Unclear vision towards life”

The students who choose higher studies have no clear vision. They have no career objectives and planning. It leads them to step into unemployment. The lack of skills for a livelihood is a necessary part. Many undeserving teachers entered into the education sector through political power. The challenging one is university education. Covid-19 makes us tech-savvy. We learn about work in digital platforms and transactions.

How do train students and educators to raise the education scenario?

“To provide skill development and self-enduring techniques for students”

Our faculties are aware of technological information. The emotional connection is an essential part for new teachers. They should understand the emotional and personal side of the pupil. It is adequate to teach self-enduring techniques for them. The crucial aspect of a teacher is mentoring the students holistically. Candidates should aim to widen their knowledge and not worry about the future. The skills help to get a job easily. Our overall growth depends on education. It helps to connect mentally, physically, and socially.
