Mr. Chandrashekhar is an AGM of the Vinex Degree College and IAS Coaching for the past 6 years. He did M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and MBA from AU. He aspires to offer educational services for students preparing for the civil service in Vinex IAS Academy. The Academy provides a comprehensive training program that covers stages of the civil services exam. It was established with the aim of a complete solution to the students preparing for this exam.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Choose to stand together in any situation”

There is no such thing as specific leadership on the campus. We choose to stand together in any situation. The institution, management, and faculty are involved to solve every problem. We confront and clear such issues as one unit.

What are your roles and responsibilities on campus?

“To develop the success of students in society”

Our primary focus is on the success of the students. We look into the growth of wonderful individuals. The focus is on the holistic point of view instead of the academic sense for the students. Our main criteria are scores, good grades, and CGPA. We also ensure the sake of learning other than to score good marks. It helps the progress of the career of pupils.

What are the courses offered at Vinex Degree College?

“B.Sc, BBA, BA and civil services programs are offered to students”

Our primary focus is on BBA, BA courses, civil services, cat preparation, and other competitive examinations. We also provide software training programs and B.Sc courses. A holistic approach to education provides for students. First, they complete their graduation and prepare for higher competitive exams. We are giving the option to learn and compete for exams for pupils. The student has a more keen interest to graduate successfully. We are saving time and money for the students in this way. 

What is unique about the campus that people do not know?

A student to learn both graduation and the coaching subject is a beneficial factor. It is appealing that our college is the only campus in Vizag that has the option to pursue both graduation and coaching simultaneously.

The greatest strength of the college is the results of students. We have been doing a coaching and graduation program in Vizag for the past 20 years. The results are always at a high level. It started with MSc coaching and led to BED courses. In 2008, we even took up civil services as well. We have been coaching students over the past 20 years and our results never disappointed much.

What kind of projects do students work on the campus?
