What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To collaborate with the Team and enhance their efficiency by best training and guidance”

Firmly, I have always believed that “With great power, comes great responsibilities”, my philosophy of leadership is to enable my team by enhancing the efficiency of my staff by proper training, counseling & guidance in such a way my leadership style is crystal clear to make a team of smart employees by focusing upon not what they can’t do but

how best still they can do.

How has your vision for the institute evolved with time?

“To make dynamic strategies and plans for the development of the Institute”

Yes, I feel I am blessed for it, well that’s my divine faith apart, & I can assertion some key factors that help in evolving my vision with time are as follows-

  • The demand for education is ceaseless, be it any part of the globe, I have experienced it.
  • My public relations with varieties of classes/people have made me go through a wide range of hurdles/ challenges but despite all of them, wherever my students are successful, it’s the best reward of my efforts.
  • For my research, it is a continuous phenomenon of how to provide them the best of knowledge, practical exposures, professional opportunities, and organizing enormous activities that boost their confidence.
  • Keeping in touch with a wide range of ex-students/colleagues in the alumni group is a powerful resource.

What are your strategies for the marketing and administration of your Institute?

“To collaborate with the team, and to support your teammates throughout the journey”

Well, to strategize is equally as important as to prioritize. Key programs & plans for marketing & administration are both short & long-term-based. I prioritize my job first as what is most needed now, then I divide them into weekly, monthly, or more as a course of action & delegate it accordingly by checking the progress on the accomplishment report.

What are the biggest challenges for higher education in general and for your institute specifically?

“To make the institute successful by introducing dynamic programs and latest trends”

I don’t feel personally that there Is any such ideal panacea that can ensure the best practices in the industry. Science, Technology, is constantly developing & keeping in touch with the latest trends, demands in the industry are the only objectives that are striving for.

How do you make the Curriculum suitable for inbound students?

“Providing the students with facilities like Industrial Visits, customized syllabus, etc”

Abroad, the interest of a student is judged from a very root level & then Is nurtured accordingly, whereas in India, many of the subjects, coerces are loaded upon a student whose practical implementation is not that effective when one needs them the most. Inbound students may not gate a whole changed syllabus customized for/her but can meet a maximum of the expectations here and my eyes are set to check their progress.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students?

“To provide the students with the best doubt solving sessions and counseling facilities”

Though it is a holistic approach educationally, mixing many hues on a single palate is challenging & interesting as well. Through — proper counseling I can read the mindset of the students of different races or economic backgrounds about what they are capable of & how far I can make them reach their goals. Inducing wisdom is like germinating the seeds of dreams in them. With the right pattern, they certainly can achieve it & even sometimes, quite often beyond the expectations also.

How does the Institute help Faculty in enhancing their skills according to the industry standards?

“To make the Faculty familiar with the changing industrial demands and their responsibility”

They are both sides of the single coin as both perspectives are the expression of my professional self & I am the bridge between both. I balance both of them to maintain the sanctity of the management & as well as to allow them certain freedom or assign them some responsibilities that are purely approved first & benefit them professionally as well.
