What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Communication and Resolution for action to be taken”

Leadership is about listening, conversing and responding to the needs and problems of individual members with an effective and immediate effect. I believe that leaders must take responsibility for the attitude and compassion of team members and must resolve their problems immediately to create a fine work balance.

I always try to create a healthy atmosphere for them where they can grow and learn all the required skills with utmost ease and reach. I strive to implement and take care of every step taken for betterment of the students in a fair and transparent manner. 

How do you strategize the key plans for marketing of your Institute?

“Digital promotion along with social media handling”

Social media has been a trendy tech method to promote new ideas online nowadays. We take several initiatives like organizing camps, workshops and conferences to promote our Institute digitally on various social media platforms. We update our works regularly and fetch leads from exam centres as well. Moreover, our work in organizing events with appropriate professional approach speaks for our quality itself.
