What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“A wish to uplift the standard of society with help of education and knowledge”
From the very beginning, I wanted to do something for the welfare of weaker sections and empowering them with quality education. i wished to provide them job oriented courses, skill training and self-dependent qualities. Therefore, I planned to open my college and get into this field. The aim is work for the people of my state and improve their livelihood by providing better opportunities.
What is your philosophy of leadership and its execution in academic setting?
“Leadership is about taking everyone forward and paying attention to the problems & its solutions”
Being at the service of your students and colleagues and being open to constructive feedback is an important aspect of true leadership. Also, learning from even those who are under you on the seniority ladder while accepting your mistakes gracefully is the most important quality. I believe in the mantra of ‘Be approachable and available to everyone and respond to any situation that comes your way.’
How do you plan the marketing and administration of your University?
“Our students are the brand ambassadors and the biggest source of marketing”
Good word of mouth is the fundamental key for our marketing. All existing students and passouts have good things to say for our college and they discuss among their colleagues which itself does branding for our college. We have a good infrastructure with the best quality of faculties that further adds positive factors to us.
