What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To enrich the education quality of the campus and update the curriculum as per quality standards”

My primary duty is to implement excellent education quality for students. I need to focus on teaching quality offers for pupils. We work for the course reinforcement for a better understanding of the subjects to students. I will always update the curriculum by discussing it with management as per industry standards. 

What are the key factors that connect you with the education sector?

“Interest towards education and youthful minds connects me with the education industry”

I came to campus as a fresher at the beginning. Later, My interest in working for youthful minds and education connected me with the campus. One of the research areas are social psychology, clinical psychology, educational psychology and child psychology. My satisfaction level towards campus is extremely high. 

What is your leadership philosophy?

“To implement strategic goals and cooperate with our campus team”

Continuous teamwork is necessary for campus growth. One of the duties of a leader is to cooperate with all individuals in an organization. I am following these principles and providing quality education for students. We believe in imparting strategic goals for a campus that are time-bounded. 

How do you strategize plans for the marketing and administration of campus?

“Offer quality education, placements, and industry workshops for pupils”

Our goal is to set quality education for pupils and heighten it as a reputed campus. We provide basic infrastructures such as classrooms, computer labs, library facilities, and hostel facilities for all students. Our dream is to establish a renowned institute in Gujarat. We provide industry workshops, internships and placements for each student. It attracts pupils from all surrounding areas and states to our institution.
