What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Education is entering the digital era where being able to read and write is simply not enough. Students need to learn how to see the world from different perspectives. In modern knowledge-based economies, the demand for high-level skills is growing continuously. Our task is to transform traditional models of education and develop a customized learning system. We can identify and develop the talents of all students. Our campus is committed to create effective teaching and learning environments to provide equal access to higher education to all the students in all areas/fields.

Being the Managing Director, what is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style in Rajshree Group of Institutions?

“Follows a direct and leading by example leadership style on campus”

I would describe my leadership style as direct and leading by example. I think my strengths as a leader are effective delegation and communication. We enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects. Taking more time to communicate effectively at the beginning of the project, and delegating properly, I also like to stay involved and inspire my team every time.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying in your institute?

“Provide summer internships, placements and other curriculum activities for pupils”

Every education system has its pros and cons. It has certain advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, the Indian education system has been developed on the pillars that support thorough theoretical knowledge. In developed countries, the education systems are more flexible. It allows students to pursue varied career opportunities. Rajshree Group has tied up with foreign universities and multinational industries to provide global exposure to the students like summer internship in foreign universities, final placement opportunities in multinational companies, etc. We also focus more on internship and practical based learning and extracurricular activities.
