What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Clarify doubts and take classes regularly for students”

One of my primary responsibilities is to organize classes regularly. We plan each activity with the correct timing. Students can discuss any doubts with faculties and we clarify them quickly. 

How do you establish healthy relations with students and faculty?

“Support students for their career interests and enrich the bonding inside the campus”

We try to focus on students' interests and assist them to achieve their goals. They can choose their areas. Our faculties support them with career opportunities and boost their bonding. We openly discuss careers and it improves the confidence level of a candidate. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry-oriented?

“Provide case studies, assignments and industry-related topics for pupils”

Students can represent their viewpoint on case studies. We provide assignments each month and it is easy to grasp subjects. Pupils can work on industry-related topics for their projects and it improves practical level knowledge.

What practices are offered by the campus for the students to attain necessary skills?

“Organize interview preparation classes, personality development and motivational sessions for pupils”

We conduct motivational sessions for pupils once a week. They can attain positive thoughts through personality development sessions. It ensures them to perform well in interview sessions and attain the necessary skills. 

How do you strategize the curriculum for the students at Apex University, Jaipur?

“Provide Social Outreach Discipline and Extra-Curricular Activities for students”

Our academic curriculum deals with technical and practical expertise. We give social outreach discipline and extracurricular activities. Students also get industry lectures from experts for increasing their skills. 

What are your views on placements and higher education for students?

“Students need to practice on live projects, communication skills and other technical areas to achieve placements”

Various aspects of pupils are necessary for placement. It includes command of basics, C, C++, Data structure, Java, etc. Students need to work on communication skills, way of representation, and expertise. We provide live projects and expert training sessions for them. 

How do you help students to cope with outside competition?

“Provide industry visits and make expertise in subjects for students”

We assist students to achieve confidence in the subjects. It raises their subject expertise and skill set. Our campus tries to give industry visits for pupils to attain practical approaches to subjects. 

Do you organize extracurricular activities to enhance students' skills at Apex University, Jaipur?

“Mock drills for industry interview, industry training and other extra activities are available for pupils”

Our MCA program contains a subject SODECA is an extra-curricular activity that improves the skills of students. My duty is to make every student on campus a skilled one. We give mock drills of industry interviews, and industry training tasks to face any challenges. 

What challenges do you face to uplift the quality of education on campus?

“Teach advanced tools on the latest trend and make students ready for technological changes”

One of the challenges is technological advancement on campus. We try to teach advanced tools in the current trend of the education sector for students. Our faculties share related links to uplift the education quality of pupils. Hence, we make them ready for technological changes. 

What was your vision for Apex University, Jaipur?

“Firm determination and dedication for fulfilling campus goals”

We follow the vision of our founder Dr. S.M. Juniwal sir from an early time. Our vision is firm determination and dedication to individuals around us. We work hard for each small matter and try to achieve a path of karma.
