Education is a stem for all other industries to spread their branches far and wide

People had education but no platform to maximize their skills required to make them capable of meeting industry standards. The gap between the training provided and the industry requirements verticals encouraged me to connect with the education sector. Since our inception, we have grown from a 350 sq ft flat to a sprawling modern state-of-the-art campus (12,000 sqft) at Thane. We have also spread over to multiple locations including Kurla, Bandra, Borivali, Vasai, and Pune. With the establishment of a chain of CEDP Skill Institute incubation centres across 100 PAN India locations, employment which is the most significant factor of empowerment to the youth will be achieved.

Being an entrepreneur, my job role comes with many responsibilities. Accounting, networking, marketing, meetings, plans, there is an endless number of tasks to complete. I manage my attention and not time to make work more productive and efficient and get it done at the right time.

operations, Housekeeping, Food, and Beverages service and Food Production, which makes them ready for four different job profiles.

Our strong collaborative network with over 800 Industries partners in India and abroad has helped us to place our students in 5-star hotels and leading food chains. Our Hotel Management students have gone on to big things now; many of our students have flown to Dubai, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, for their paid internship with 5-star hotels.

I am always available for my students for the required guidance

Whenever I am away for business meetings and tasks, I make sure to compensate for that absence by meeting my students in their classrooms later and spending an infinite amount of time talking to them. On special occasions, celebrations or during in-house competitions, I interact with them, asking them about their academic experience. I always make sure to be a part of their farewell party and discuss their plans or any other guidance they need.

Integrating my philosophy of ‘skilled education’ and ‘curriculum education’

About 90 per cent of employment opportunities in most of the sectors requires vocational skills. Most of the graduates are unable to get suitable employment due to a lack of employable skills and find themselves far behind the current trends prevailing in each industry. Hence, skill development is crucial from a young age. 

Delivering quality education and skill training is critical for the holistic development of our youth. Skill development initiatives must be taken by the educational institutes to help students pursue a career in the field they are passionate about.

I believe in 12 core areas of life: Career, Finance, Friends, Emotional Life, Intellectual Life, Character, Adventure one wants in life, Spiritual Life, Inspiration, Health, Vitality, and Social life and family, which if conquered nothing can stop you from becoming successful in life, be it professional or personal life.
