What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Providing job opportunities to the students and being part of their success makes me very happy. Many of the students are placed successfully in the industry through our institute and they are very happy with their career in the Air force and Fire and safety companies in India and Abroad. Every student is very happy which makes us proud to be part of their success. Students after doing their graduation or post-graduation, come to do these technical courses like fire and safety or Aviation. So what their aim will be is to achieve something great for sure.


What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style? 

“Democratic leadership with innovative ideas coming from every side is my style of working”

We have to make the decision making, we will take the responsibility of every student, and we should be accountable to the students. We are on the public platform; we deal with Aviation and Fire and Safety. We go to colleges and give seminars and recruit the students. What we do is, we will build the career of the students in the Aviation and Fire and Safety industry.


How does the curriculum of Techmate Institute of Aviation ensure the best practice of the industry? 

“Alliance with several institutes for experiential learning and practical growth of students work life”

What the institutes do is they just train the students, what we do is we train the students to the full potential and ensure everyone is getting placements. Suppose if there are 15 students, we send them to the interview, even if some of them won't get placed, we provide them more opportunities and interviews in any of the industry i.e., Aviation or Fire and Safety. We train them as well as we give them the talent so that they don't have to depend on the institute, they will find their opportunity. We will give them the confidence to do better.


What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years? 

“Establishing the several branches of institute around the Country to make education easily accessible”

We have a franchise all over Andhra Pradesh. In the next ten years, we want our franchise to be all over India. We are the number one institute in Aviation in Visakhapatnam already. In the next 10 years, we want to be the number one institute all over India.

When you first came to Techmate Institute of Aviation, what was your vision for the university? Has it evolved, and how far along in implementing that vision are you? 

“Implementation of several changes for the betterment of the institute is a never-ending procedure”

We are the best Aviation institute in this industry. As well as our vision is to give placement to every student walking into our institute. The student has to achieve and succeed in their career from the institute itself why because many of the students joining so and so institutes won't get placed because of lack of talent and high competition. What we do is we don't want to hear those words; here he should be placed definitely. Our vision is we have to improve our placement sector and we need more tie-up with the companies and every student should be happily placed.


What do you see as the Institute’s greatest strengths? 

“Settled placements as a view for the long stabled career of the students of the institution”

One of our greatest strengths is placements. We have several ties up with the companies. Any student walking in our institute will be placed. And also we have very good faculty. The students will learn something and go out with some talent.


What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Techmate Institute of Aviation specifically? 

“Personality development and confidence awareness for every student to create a better prospect for success”

It feels difficult for the students who have hesitation and we motivate them how we have to change their minds. Upon this, there will be challenges in training such students. And also in Aviation personality and physique are considered like height, weight and skin tone, attitude, etc. For each student for entry into Aviation, there will be these challenges and they have to be the best in everything. But that's not the case in fire and safety, which considers only health and fitness. And most of the students feel difficulty in facing the interviews and it is also common in every field.


Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students? 

“Hard work and smart work together makes the deal accomplishable”

Students think that anything can be achieved easily but here hard work is most important. So if you work hard, you will achieve anything. So what's my point is if a student has talent, he will be successful anywhere, so hard work makes you successful.


How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“Open communication with the holistic atmosphere in the college”

Discipline is the first thing for every institute. The student coordinators will look after every student's attendance, discipline, punctuality, behavior. If a student is absent today, we will let their parents know that. Thorough information to the parents will be given and from beginning to the end of the course, student coordinator will look after the student like their academic performance and also health which is very important in the Aviation\ sector. We look after everything from morning to evening and also update it to the parents.
