When you came to the Institute, what was your vision and how are you working to attain the same?

"Vision: To educate students to be successful, ethical, and effective problem-solvers and life-long learners who will contribute positively to the economic well-being of our region and nation"

And who are prepared to handle challenging challenges to face the world. To achieve the same, adopt the principles of summative and formative evaluation .

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education of your department?

"The main issue of today's education quality is to realise the distinction between learning and accepting"

youngsters who start their study but do not comprehend it properly and then forget the difference between how they learn and how much period of time they take to learn. So to bridge this gap and educate those pupils in the proper way is a difficulty facing the department.

What are your views upon the placements and higher education about the students from your department or how does your department prepare students for Higher education?

"The shortfall can be remedied by conducting time to time competition among the students or by checking in which areas they are interested and in which areas they are interested more"

It has been established in research that one in three interns do not work, it may be ascribed to any reason such as they do not want to work, they lack abilities or they do not know what to do. We can also check and execute certain ideas to bring them ahead.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects and make it industry oriented?

Practical skills of education can train their students and gain industrial emphasis. Being industry- oriented involves two things: keeping up with the industry and incorporating the industry. In addition to keeping up with current trends and technology and applying these into the daily lectures, we invite clever professionals from the industry to do workshops with our students and teaching staff. By doing so, we obtain fresh ideas and inspiration to improve the procedures of the classroom.

How do you typically develop healthy relationships with students and other faculty members?

"To foster a healthy relationship with Students, we should prioritise one-on-one communication"

It is beneficial for them, particularly those who struggle with behavioural problems. We should participate in their events and listen to their ideas and perspectives as well.

For our fellow professors No one appreciates insincere conduct. When interacting with a coworker, be truthful. Create open relationships with your other faculty members, not transactional ones. This will demonstrate our commitment to the connection.

What relevant career advice would you like to provide to the pupils for their future success?

"A career should always be represented as an ascending graph, not a flat one. So does your life. Expand every day"

Never be authentic. Being oneself is a fallacy. Always strive to improve oneself. Make yourself deserving of success. If you are too satisfied with your job or career, you will not consider creating new goals. Every day, you should push yourself.
