For me, success of any leadership style is about empowering people at all levels, building an organization where people love to work together democratically, removing their roadblocks and barriers so that they can be successful in whatever they do. The main impetus for me and my team is serving the nation by imparting the best quality education and training to the students. I have an outstanding and diligent team.
