Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Saurabh Sethy: “WAT was conducted in offline mode for a duration of around 20 minutes. The space required would depend upon the word limit mentioned in the question paper. 5 minutes was given to think on the topic. Tips: read the question first and spend 5 minutes gathering information and then start writing. Include facts and figures if completely sure.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Saurabh Sethy: "Industrial executives are shedding crocodile tear's to the environment”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Saurabh Sethy: “CEO and senior management team focus more on profit and growth and don't think about environment importance.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Saurabh Sethy: “There were 2 panelists and they were faculties. The interview mode was offline and the duration of the interview remained about 15-20 minutes. It was not at all a stressful interview. Tips: Read WAT-PI study materials if provided by B schools as some questions are asked from there. Research Bschool websites, prepare for tell me about yourself and questions related to profile and tasks done in a company if a person has work experience. Prepare basics of graduation subjects.”

Saurabh Sethy: “1. Question: Introduction, Answer: I’m Saurabh Sethy from Mumbai. I have 32 months of work experience in UGAM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and RSWEBTECHSOFT PVT LTD. In Ugam Solutions, I received the certificate of “Flawless Performance” in November 2018. My favourite outdoor game is football.

2. Question: Work experience? Answer: In RSWEBTECHSOFT PVT LTD, formed a program of data acquisition system to log the temperature, pressure, humidity etc. of a data logger and trigger alerts or shut down the machine at certain specified condition. In UGAM SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, compared the client's questionnaire with an online survey programmed by survey programmer. Contributed suggestions, emailed recommendations to the programming team to solve the error.

3. Question: which is important money or knowledge, Answer: Knowledge is important as one can use ideas and apply learnings and then money follows.

4. Question: What is a syntax error? Answer: It is an error in programming when some basic rules are not followed.

5. Question: Consider a situation in which you are the manager & you have 2 subordinate colleagues. They both are arguing. How will you resolve this?, Answer: Find the root cause of the problem.”
