What is your leadership philosophy?

It begins and ends with developing a positive culture”

I primarily focus upon finding out real needs and then try my best to offer the most suitable practical solution for that along with hands-on strategies. In my opinion, my strengths as a leader are effective delegation and communication. I consider myself a transformational leader because I encourage my team to achieve heights that directly align with the institute's goals. I use questioning to allow others to think critically and purposefully.


What an inbound student can gain from studying here in your institute?

“We train them not only educationally but emotionally also”

Our institute encourages students to learn from their mistakes and view them as an opportunity to improve and we also allow them to get out of their comfort zones and explore in both their academic and personal life. I also teach them about the importance of well-being and proposes positive practices, including how to manage emotions, how to engage in the workplace, how to have positive relations with others and most critically, how to have meaning in life. 


How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practice of industry?

“It is driven by outcome-based education”

We believe that a motivated workforce can be a significant factor in the institute’s success. We follow an outcome-based education approach by developing course plans with objectives and outcomes. We define best education practices as the wide range of individual activities, policies and programmatic approaches to achieve positive changes in student attitudes or academic behaviors. 


What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To teach them good lessons and ethical values”

I guide my students to behave respectfully and obediently with their teachers and other members. I need to ensure that they are getting all the basic facilities and support from us to learn and grow, they are obedient and loving towards their parents and elders.

What do you think should be the institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“To expand our reach to latest technologies for the student benefit”

We aspire to improve our academic performance and student success by embracing technologies and modes of delivery that can be successfully utilized by students. We will continue to offer a high quality of staff from a wider geographical area with decent pay. Apart from this, creating a positive, educating and comfortable environment for our students, staff and faculty is our topmost priority. 


What would you like people to know about your institute they may not know?

“We offer special waivers and personality development classes”

Our institute provides special scholarships for students. We also provide grooming classes to students. Students are provided with personality development classes and co-curricular activities. Our classroom and labs are well equipped with the latest facilities and technologies. The college is under CCTV surveillance along with the well-trained staff.

Our passion to impart the best education through creativity, Leadership, Well qualified, active and very creative faculty, Positive interaction with students that makes them approach faculty members for academic and non-academic solutions is what makes us strong.


What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general?

“Quality of education along with financial factor”

In my opinion, major issues with higher education are quality of teaching, it’s privatization which comes with a cost for aspiring students no matter from which background they are coming from.

I would like to suggest that whenever you get an opportunity, help others. Have very specific goals for your life, keep yourself fit, be resilient, Instill self-determination and self-belief.
