  • Make sure that the timetables are prepared as per the guidelines.
  • Interact with students (Section-wise) of their branch 15 days once, identify the problems and find solutions in consultation with the principal.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

“Focus on encouraging students with respectful language and care for each other’s needs”

5 innovative ways to establish healthy relations with the students are:

  • Set up Positive Behavioral Management Protocols.
  • Nurture Positive Relationship with the Parents of Students.
  • The parents of your students are their first teachers. Right from birth, your students have looked up to their parents as role models and will continue to do so. Therefore, as a teacher, you need to encourage your students to develop a healthy relationship with their parents.
  • Setting high expectations from your students can go a long way in fostering the positive classroom culture you are looking to establish.
  • The world is changing every day, and the future lies in digitalization and emerging technology like artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality, virtual reality, and more. It is thus a great idea to expose your students to augmented reality and virtual reality early on.

  • Regular training and placement are imparted in the area of communication skills and aptitude to the students to make them employable.

How do you help your student to cope up with the competitive world?

“Using learning beyond the classroom and teaching collaboration as a value and skill set”

Students of today need new skills for the coming century that will make them ready to collaborate with others on a global level. Whatever they do, we can expect their work to include finding creative solutions to emerging challenges. New information is being discovered and disseminated at a phenomenal rate. Students need to know how to find accurate information, and how to use critical analysis for assessing the veracity or bias. These are the executive functions that they need to develop and practice in the home and at college today because, without them, students will be unprepared to use the information of tomorrow. To foster critical skills, today's students will need open discussions and experiences that can help them learn about and feel comfortable communicating with people of other cultures.
