Dr Parul Saxena is the Vice-Chairperson and Assistant Professor, Human Resources and Organisational Behavior at School of Business Studies, Sharda University. She has a total experience of more than 18 years spanned over academia and industry. She has expertise in HR specialization subjects. She has also been responsible for designing and conducting Personality Development and Orientation Programs for Postgraduate and graduate students. She also has guided numerous research students at the Postgraduate level.

  • Faculty development is a constant effort at the School of Business Studies. We encourage our faculty to participate in national and international conferences, seminars, for which they are provided sponsorship and proper leave.

  • Faculty are encouraged to participate in and develop in-house FDPs, Conferences, seminars, and webinars. 

How do you tend to build an industry connected with this program?

Academia-Industry integration is a critical aspect of any of the professional programs which are given due consideration at our business school. Hence, we call industry experts from time to time to interact with our budding managers. We also organise events like conferences, seminars, webinars in collaboration with professional bodies such as NHRD, HRFI, AIMA, ASSOCHAM and PHD.
