What is your philosophy of Leadership?

A structured approach to leading others with compassion & a high degree of involvement”

I would describe my leadership style as direct, and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead. However, I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I'm working hands-on to help them, too.

How do you practice inclusion towards students from various socioeconomic backgrounds?

“Multicultural & diversity programs along with financial aid for the needy”

Our institute encourages students to learn about other cultures and beliefs to break out of their comfort zone and explore meaningful possibilities. We also provide access to additional academic and financial resources to our students who come from weaker financial roots. Our goal is to potentially make a positive impact on the lives of others. Many scholarships or grants (which don’t have to be repaid) are offered to students as well.
