What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“We work with young minds that are always seeking something different and challenging”

The faculty members at the Institute work on how to incorporate the trends that come into the hospitality Industry keeping the set syllabus in mind. Our programs are skilled oriented thus learning from best practices of the industries helps them in their career. I believe It is very necessary for a faculty teaching a Hospitality subject to be very knowledgeable of what goes on in the Industry to be able to educate the student.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“My philosophy of leadership is to lead by example”

I believe that being a team player and constantly being involved with the student benefits me to know where and how I can help them better. With these evolving times, we can anticipate what we as an institute can do best for our students.

How do you plan for the Marketing and administration of your institution?

“We believe that the mind sees and hears is a deciding factor for any decision”

We coordinate with schools and colleges and present the industry to them with a virtual guide. This not only creates interest but also becomes a good platform to interact and know what the young generation is looking forward to. “The academic calendar is planned with a lot of thought on how to help the student grow”

The hospitality industry can be challenging at times, we try to create a similar environment within the college campus giving them a sense of achievement in a known set-up, at the same time preparing them for the best practices of the industry and learning to apply them at an early stage.

What do you think are your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students?

“Responsibilities towards our students is to prepare them for the Industry as per their standards”

The preparation begins with One-on-One interactions to better assess their strengths and weaknesses. Prepare them for group discussion rounds and individual Interviews. We have a good lesion with the industry to have our students placed. We maintain good interaction with the industry with guest lectures and subject-related seminars. We do change the learning process with Excursions /Educational Trips on a National & International level. I believe with exposure comes learning. Responsibilities towards the institute are to help improve ourselves with faculty development programs and planning competitions for Faculties & our non-teaching staff. It, when the mind is challenged there, is a place for Ideas to apply in a classroom set up/ work environment.

“Our students and faculty members”

The state-of-the-art Infrastructure that we have to offer is one of our greatest strengths. It is here where the student can increase their experiential learning & familiarize themselves with the Industry.
