GITAM contributes to flood-affected Kerala

10^th September 2018, Hyderabad: GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad student bodies sent a load of relief material worth of Rs.1.22 lakhs to the flood-affected Kerala. A total of 250 kits of relief material were sent. Each kit contains 5 Kg rice, 250 grams’ dal, 500 grams of Green gram, Moong Dal, Green Peas, Peanut, Flattened Rice, one Kg Sugar, 250 grams Tea Powder, Salt, Biscuits, Coriander, Turmeric, and Chili Powder. The kit will cater to the needs of the affected family about ten days. GITAM Hyderabad staff also contributed Rs.3.10 lakhs for the relief measures.
