Tell us about your experience in the education industry and your inclination towards it?

“An innate passion to work towards the upliftment of education sector inspires me everyday”

I have been serving this education industry since 1986, which is now facing a tremendous challenge due to less scope of job opportunities worldwide. There is an increasing trend of recession, and no initiatives to bring changes in conventional education. The young generations are less inclined towards academics. I wish to bring about a positive change in this field and bridge the gap between the industry-institute demand and supply. The revival of this industry is possible only when there is an adaptation of a new model of the education system.


How does your curriculum ensure the best practice of the industry?

“A syllabus that provides comprehensive theory and practical knowledge to the students”

Our curriculum is always changing with the pace of technology-driven industry trends. We understand the demands of the latest industrial revolution worldwide and the changes that come with it. Hence, in coordination with the professionals from the industries, we provide guest lectures, material seminars, industry visits, and internships to our students.


What are the top qualities that a student must possess?

“There should be an amalgamation of intense focus, dedication and passion towards academic life”

According to me, the students must have Patience, Promptness and interactive nature during their academic years. They should be punctual, serious, sincere and must be respectful to teachers and fellow batch mates.

The environment should be student-centric with various co-curricular activities for holistic development. All faculties and administrative team members must work together to eradicate the fear-factor from the educational institute. The assessment should be performance-oriented, based on day to day interaction. Also, the examination process should be majorly practical oriented.


How do you maintain a healthy relationship with the students?

I believe that a healthy relationship can only be maintained when students are mentally and physically fit. We regularly organize yoga, meditation and discussions within the campus for this purpose. Each institution student and faculty member has to participate compulsorily.
