Jalaj Sharma: “General (No reservation)”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Jalaj Sharma: “My GD was offline . There were around 30 members in the group. Yes everyone gets a chance to speak. There were big 3-4 moderators. Everyone gets a minimum of 5-10 minutes to speak. My Group discussion was a soft one .”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Jalaj Sharma: "Lockdown is compulsory or not .”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Jalaj Sharma: “Yes lockdown was important to control the cases of COVID-19”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Jalaj Sharma: “There were around 6 panels. There were around 10 members in the panel. They were the industry experts. My mode of interview of offline. The duration of the interview was around 20-30 minutes. Yes there was little stress, but the interviewer was cooperative”
