Rakesh Rangdal: “WAt - The mode was written. 20 minutes was given. 2 Pages were provided. 10 minutes was given to think. Do plenty of preparation for WAT and structure your thoughts once the topic is given. Come up with quotes as it will seem good”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Rakesh Rangdal: "Kejriwal - Boon or Bane for democracy”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively? 

Rakesh Rangdal: “1.I started with a quote - democracy is a necessary evil and sometimes to fight that evil you need people like Kejriwal.

2. Kejriwal wants to end the corruption which has become a byproduct of democracy

3. He has good credentials and good image and can fight with the support of people

4. But eventually he has to join politics to clear the mess”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Rakesh Rangdal: “Number of panel was one. There were three people in the panel. One was alumni and the rest two were faculty. The mode of interview was offline. The interview duration was 20 minutes. It wasn't a stress interview. Be clear and honest. Prepare well. And structure your thoughts and answer. Lastly be confident”

2. Who is this person who has reference for you and where is based out of - He is Shantanu Chowdhary, principal engineer with Intel and is based out of US.

3. How can you take reference from somebody who you have never met - Explained them that he was a stakeholder for my work and used to work closely with him

4. In that case, why no take reference for your friend - Explained them that a friend is not stakeholder for my work

5. You SOP says you want to be a project manager of kind why not do project management courses - Explained them that the case based classroom learning with the best peers whill help to gain the best knowledge and help me contribute to the industry”
