KKHSOU conducts its examination twice in a year on the basis of Odd and Even Semester. Odd semester examinations are held within the month of December - March and even semester examinations are held within the month of July-October.

KKHSOU Revaluation Result 2023
In the case of a candidate being unsatisfied with the obtained result, he or she may choose to apply for re-scrutiny. Applicants can apply for this a maximum of three times, and applications will be accepted only during the one month period following the declaration of results.
- Candidates can apply by paying the fee (Rs.100 for re-scrutiny, Rs.200 for photocopy, Rs. 300 for re-evaluation, per answer script), as well as filling in the required form within the time period stipulated by the university.
- The form is available online, and the results are similarly declared through the official university website.
- Results are sent to the applicants at the address stated on the self-addressed envelope that is required to be submitted alongside the application for re-scrutiny.
- If there is any improvement in marks, a corrected score sheet will be sent to the concerned individual as well.
