What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Encourage students and colleagues to achieve goals”

 I consider myself a motivational teacher. However, I encourage students and young colleagues to achieve targets and goals. I focus on every student individually. It helps them to improve their strengths and to overcome their weaknesses. I explain things by example. Moreover, I take action when needed. 

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Contribute to teaching strategies and oversight of operational processes daily”

Primary responsibility is managing taught programs, oversight operational processes daily, and program accreditation processes. It ensures that program design and delivery comply with the quality standards. Other roles include contributing to the development of learning and teaching strategies. It is necessary to develop innovative teaching techniques that create interest, understanding, and enthusiasm in students. 

What goals do you have in your mind for the upcoming years?

“Organize national level conferences, seminars, and workshops for students”

I want to provide research in the department. It is essential to organize a national level conference, seminars, workshops, development of the research lab and robotics lab for a pupil.

We conduct webinars for awareness of the new updates and technology in the IT path. Moreover, we plan GD sessions, mock interviews to raise the confidence of students. They are trained at the professional level to face any kind of interview.

How did you train your faculty at Star Infotech College?

“Teacher training programs and sessions to raise the potential of faculty”

We organize teacher training programs twice a month to enhance the skills of faculty. Our campus adds new technologies and current ones in training sessions to bring up the capabilities of faculty. It helps to recognize their potential. Hence, they deliver content confidently to the students.

What approach do you have for the placement of the students on campus?

“Conduct quizzes, MCQ-based questions, GD sessions, and mock sessions to test the skills of students”

We point out the topics which are important in the contents of the syllabus. It helps to understand the point of view of the interview. We provide them with questions asked in interviews regarding that particular topic. Our campus conducts quizzes, MCQ-based questions, GD sessions, and mock sessions to test their skills. It aids them to face the technical and aptitude round of placements.

We train students to face the competitive world instead of normal teaching. Although, we have our own IT Company. Hence, students do not tense regarding their careers after their graduation. We focus on practical areas rather than subjects.

It is necessary to be confident in yourself and build self-awareness. We become happy by finding out the meaning and purpose of life. It is necessary to be honest about what you are learning. It makes us more joyful. Find your passion in work and learn to say the right thing in the correct situations.
