I always support my team to develop goals for college progress. We organize every program through teamwork and it improves individual skills. The overall quality of work enhances through a transformational leadership style. I resolve every conflict quickly and increase team performance. 

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Implement a strategic plan for campus and monitor students' activities”

We impart a strategic plan for the smooth functioning of the campus. I utilize the time well and review the campus performance every time. My duty is to monitor the progress of students and teachers on the campus. I want to uplift the education quality of campus from my side as a director. 

What are your plan for Star Infotech College for the upcoming years?

“To focus on practical knowledge and flourish the dreams of pupils”

We decide to flourish the dream of students to become future leaders. Our plan is to implement practical sessions to improve students' knowledge.
