"Learning and networking opportunities this field offers have kept me associated with it"
My experience with the IPS academy is of 24 years and through this long journey, I have witnessed many changes as far as academics are concerned. Talking specifically about business management and research, every member, be it our students, faculty or any stakeholders, everyone plays an important role. And being in the education sector, gives me immense learning and growth opportunities, and opportunities to interact and share my experiences with people from different backgrounds, and these are the major reasons for my so long association with this field.

"We offer the best UG, PG and certification courses, along with internships and international exposure to students"
Our IPS academy, Indore is affiliated with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. We offer NAAC accredited UnderGraduate, Postgraduate and certification courses to enhance the skills of our students. What do you see as the greatest strengths of IPS academy?
"Our legacy, infrastructure, students success and faculty are our greatest assets"
We have been in the education sector for the last 27 years and hence, in my opinion, our legacy is our greatest asset. We receive students in our academy because of the results we have delivered till date. IBMR has been featured 4th time in a row as one of the top 75 management institutes of India by NIRF. This in itself speaks about our persistent efforts to offer quality management education. We provide the best faculties, infrastructure, and digital library all these things are the strength of IPS academy. The best part of our institute is that we have so many departments here including Engineering, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Music, Pharmacy, Commerce, Biotech and many more. Also, every department has its own library plus we have a central library which together offers a lot of opportunities to students to learn from a diverse pool of knowledge resources. All these things make us unique and strong at the same time.
What are some of the biggest challenges you see for your institute as of now?
"Implementation of National Education Policy is quite challenging for us"
As far as the biggest challenge is concerned, it is the New Education Policy. Under this education policy, more weightage will be given to skill enhancement and internship which we are already providing from day 1 in IPS academy. Apart from this, we have to sign more MoUs with the industry to absorb students and provide them opportunities to enhance their industry skill set. Another challenge is the communication problem because we are based in Central India, but we are working very hard to enhance the skills of our students.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
"Carefully choose your career and keep upgrading your skills"
I would like to advise my students that don't get influenced by your friend, carefully listen to your career counselor and then plan things for you accordingly. Also, don’t be short-sighted and understand the long-term results of the courses you will opt on. Do more and more reading to enhance your intellectual capabilities.
