SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) is a leading school of management. The NCL Philosophy of SPJIMR: Non-Classroom Learning, often referred to as NCL, builds on these ideas and offers three distinct levels of learning:

Autumn Internships of SPJIMR: SPJIMR is different from the other Top Tier B-Schools. The rest of the Top Tier B-Schools have a Summer Internship Programme but SPJIMR offers Autumn Internships. The autumn project backed by advanced knowledge of the chosen specialization helps the students generate better placement opportunities. The number of pre-placement offers (PPOs) and pre-placement interviews (PPIs) as an outcome of the autumn internship have consistently been more than 40% over the years. SPJIMR has witnessed a growth of 16.6% in its median stipend as it grew to INR 2.8 lakh in the 2021 autumn internship. The average stipend also grew by 30% over 2020 as it touched the INR 2.6 lakh benchmark.

SPJIMR Business Academia Conclave (SBAC): SBAC (SPJIMR Business Academia Conclave) is an 11-year-old initiative that has evolved from a small initiative to a series of six conclaves and now to a high-value one-day event with marquee speakers to address Indian academics, students, and corporates. The typical format involves a panel discussion with leading practitioners revisiting their respective journeys, discussing the experiences with a global leader, and laying out the growth road map.

Student Exchange Program: The College offers a Global Management Program collaboration International Business School, Brandeis University; School of Business, EBS Universität; IESEG School of Management; Nyenrode Business Universiteit. SPJIMR has collaborated with top global B-Schools such as the Michigan State University (Eli Broad College of Business), Cornell University (Johnson School of Management), Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper School of Business), and schools in Europe and Asia.
