Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Renjit Sebastin: “GD was held offline, in each group there were 8-10 people, Everyone got a chance to introduce and speak further. 10 mins were given to think about the topic, GD was more of a soft one where people were given opportunity to speak rather then aggressive countering .”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Renjit Sebastin: "Net neutrality in India”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively? 

Renjit Sebastin: “I put forward the point on how Net neutrality will negatively impact the free usage of the internet in the country and how it should not come into action.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Renjit Sebastin: “The personal interview consisted of one panel which included 2 faculties and one industry expert. The interview was offline. Interview was held close to 30 mins. It was a stress interview where the panel tried to pick up on the candidate's weaknesses. The key here is to not panic and give a moment to yourself in situations like this.”

Ans: RBS is one of the top ranking business schools in Kerala and has experienced faculties and highest placement rank. Along with the curriculum offering off campus training as well as soft skill development made me choose this institution.

2. What is the current Political situation in Kerala?

Ans: During that period the ruling gov.t was accused of various scams, I spoke about the same.

3. What is LLP? (Technical qx.)

Ans. A limited liability partnership (LLP) is a partnership in which some or all partners (depending on the jurisdiction) have limited liabilities. It therefore can exhibit elements of partnerships and corporations.

4. How is LLP different form a normal partnership?

Ans. In an LLP, each partner is not responsible or liable for another partner's misconduct or negligence. Whereas in a partnership both the partners can be held responsible for one partner's misconduct or negligence.

5. What is cost accounting?

Ans. Cost accounting is a process of recording, analyzing and reporting all of a company's costs (both variable and fixed) related to the production of a product. This is so that a company's management can make better financial decisions, introduce efficiencies and budget accurately.”

What was the reason for you not converting to other colleges?

Renjit Sebastin: “I had attended the GD for SCMS but ample amount of time was not provided. Hence, we couldn't speak much and it had to be aggressive. I would suggest aspirants to not get overly aggressive to put forward their points.Try to be as concise with the point and be as patient as possible.”
