It is the best industry to work as it determines the future of the country

I have been in the education sector for two decades. It is the best industry to work in as it is directly linked with the future of the country. It gives tremendous satisfaction as you are amongst the youth who are going to be instrumental in shaping the country’s future.

The way food nourishes our body, similarly continuous learning nourishes our mind

The key factor that connects me to the education sector is learning. The way food nourishes our bodies, information and continued learning nourishes our minds. Lifelong learning is indispensable in the education sector.

Students have tremendous growth opportunities in the healthcare sector

The students have tremendous growth opportunities in the healthcare sector. The hospitals across the country are adopting new patient care delivery approaches. Historically, hospitals concentrated on acquiring technology and skilled physicians instead of designing unique care processes for patient groups. There was a clear separation between healthcare management and clinical practice. Now managers are combining business expertise with an understanding of the healthcare system to increase both efficiency and effectiveness.

Patients and stakeholders expect results that only skilled management can deliver

We minimize the gap between traditional studies and modern studies by conducting workshops, training programs, case studies, role-plays, and management games regularly. With rapid innovation, the organization and delivery care have become central to the management of hospitals and other organizations. This is because both patients and stakeholders expect results that only skilled management professionals can deliver. This is where we bridge the gap.

We are lacking good teachers in institutions because good people are not becoming teachers

A good teacher is the most important component to enhance quality education in colleges and universities. Attendance should be maintained in the classroom because of the teacher’s skills, not because of the infrastructure of the college. We are lacking good teachers in institutions because good people are not becoming teachers. We have to attract good people in the teaching profession, and we have to give respect to teachers, then only we can create a good learning environment in the institutions.

Youth must possess commitment and dedication to the profession

The current youth should be focussed. The youth today are lacking the zeal and enthusiasm. The carefree attitude of the youth should be replaced with the commitment and dedication to the profession.
