Aryabhatta College Of Management organized its 1st International Conference on “Recent Advances and Challenges in the field of Management and Commerce, Social Sciences, Engineering and Medical”. Aryabhatta College of Management, Ajmer, hosted a two-day international conference from March 4 to 5, 2022, which was inaugurated by Professor Anil Kumar Shukla, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, Rajasthan. In his address, he stated that education is not what we already know, but learning new things is knowledge and education. Students should not follow the flock and should prepare themselves for new challenges and teachers should also prepare themselves for new challenges so that they can provide better education to their students so that their character and personality can develop.

Dr. Amit Shastri, the institution's chairman, regarded the seminar as a good attempt in the present climate. He also stated that this conference will be a watershed moment in making interdisciplinary studies teaching more job-oriented and accessible on a worldwide scale. Dr. Leena Khemchandni, the college's principal, expressed optimism that the papers presented at the international conference would be published in the UGC Care journal soon. During this event, the Vice-Chancellor also inaugurated the college's newly constructed IT-enabled Conference Hall. Smt. Dhvani Mishra was in charge of the session.

Following the opening of the seminar, three sessions were held in which participants from all over the world participated, including those from Bangkok, Ireland, and various parts of India. There were approximately 35 research scholars from various states who read out on the current challenges in management education and engineering.
