Mr. Vibhav’s experience in the education industry

My experience in education industry has been long and a fruitful and learning experience. I would say it is one of most respectable and challenging industry to work within as you are contributing in some or the other way in the progress of the nation as you are nurturing the budding talent who would become torch bearers of our nation. I started off as an Executive under the purview of father (who is the chairman of the college) Dr. Vinod Mittal and gradually by gaining experience of each and every aspect including marketing, branding and strategizing and many more, earned the position of the Executive Director. I would say there is no age for learning and there is a long way to go.

Mr. Vibhav’s philosophy of leadership and his leadership style

Being the Director of the college, my philosophy and ideology are that, a leader must be able to first create a healthy work environment in an organization and must respect and groom a specific forte or skill set of each and every employee of its organization. They must be given freedom to work, implement their ideas and share their views. And most importantly, he must appreciate its team and all his workers irrespective of their hierarchy and must be able to take wise decision without coming into pressure or bias attitude.

Significant challenges faced as the Director of Dolphin PG College of Science and Agriculture

Being a leader is not a bed of roses. Everyone faces a lot of struggles and by overcoming their hurdles, one truly exhibits its leadership traits. One problem I faced as a Director was to say no to my employee or student. But gradually, I got adapted to it as joining an organization in such a young age in a management position, you come across a stage when people start expecting from you. But, I believe that a leader should be firm and must be rigid on his decisions without flowing into set of emotions.
